STEVEN CLARK

A graduate from Adelaide University in 1982, Steve was first admitted to practice in December 1983 before establishing his own practice in 1985. Steve is a Gawler local, having resided there since 1971 and is married with seven children. He has also been admitted and practices as a Public Notary. Away from practice, Steve has served on Community, School and Hospital Fundraising Boards for many years and is also a passionate follower, Board member and advocate of Central District Football Club in the South Australian National Football League and enjoys a keen interest in gardening, antiques and fine art.

MICHAEL RADIN

A Senior consultant to the firm since 2000, Michael became a partner in 2002. He began practicing in 1982 after graduating from Adelaide University in 1981. A registered Public Notary, Michael is a fully qualified lawyer, arbitrator, mediator and migration agent and has also served as senior member on a federal tribunal between 1989 and 1999. Michael is also Director of his own family’s businesses and is married with two children. Away from practice, Michael has extensive committee experience on Government, Professional and Community bodies, enjoys sport, travel and the arts. He also has a passionate interest in classic cars.

SARAH HOFFMANN

Sarah was admitted to practice in 2004 after obtaining her degree in Law from the University of Adelaide, and joined Clark Radin in 2005. Sarah also has formal academic qualifications in Arts, majoring in psychology. Sarah is married, and away from practice enjoys playing netball. Sarah has studied in the United States of America at the college of William and Mary Virginia which is one of the most prestigious legal institutions in the country and in Germany as an exchange student. Sarah is also on the board of directors of the Fullarton Lutheran Homes, an aged card facility.


Areas of practice Family Law, including matrimonial and de facto property settlements and children’s issues, Criminal Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury claims, Professional Negligence, Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic, Wills and Estates.

Joining the practice as a junior lawyer in July 2006, Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide in 2005. Ben married in early 2007 and has two young children Riley and Lila. Ben and his wife, Claudine, are expecting the arrival of their third child in March 2008. Away from family and practice , Ben pursues his love for Ice Hockey and is a member of the Adelaide Avalanche and Australian Men’s National Senior Team. By way of international experience, Ben has previously enjoyed competing in various semi-professional Ice Hockey leagues throughout North America.
